Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa presents Haute Cuisine Nights, an exclusive series of gastronomic events in which some of the most renowned chefs on the Spanish culinary scene will take over our kitchens to offer once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Throughout the year, the resort will host six unique dinners, featuring chefs distinguished by the Michelin Guide and Repsol Suns, who will bring their gastronomic universe to La Manga Club through menus specially designed for the occasion.

Each evening will be an opportunity to discover new interpretations of haute cuisine, where technique, produce and creativity come together in an incomparable setting between the Mediterranean, the golf courses and the nature of the Calblanque Regional Park.

An experience designed for food lovers, where each dinner becomes an intimate encounter with some of the most outstanding talents in contemporary cuisine.

Each event will feature an exclusive tasting menu, designed by the guest chef for the occasion and accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing. A welcome cocktail will also be served.
