Communities
La Manga Club first came into being in 1972 and, thanks to ongoing investment and commitment to excellence ever since, is today a very well-established resort with comprehensive, top-class facilities and services.
The resort is made up of a number of different communities or “villages”, each with its own particular characteristics, ambience and range of community services. When you buy a home in La Manga Club, you will become a member of your own particular community. Each community has an elected president, who helps ensure the smooth running of the community, represents the community’s interests at resort level and handles community expenses.
These communities in turn form part of the La Manga Club General Community. The purpose of the General Community is to provide to its members all those common services which are not provided by the local government or by any other public or private entity, such as private security, road cleaning, refuse collection, public gardening, public lighting, medical services, maintenance of the clubhouse, pest control and, in general, any other service necessary for the well-being of the Community and its members.
