Hotel La Manga Club Príncipe Felipe offers two distinct meeting and conference venues providing seemingly endless possibilities.
Within the hotel, the impressive Grand Ballroom can be divided into four versatile event spaces whilst four intimate meeting rooms are available for smaller groups. Adjacent to the conference suites, the Banqueting Lobby and split-level Terrace (which boasts splendid panoramic views) are ideal for receptions, coffee breaks and outdoor dining functions.
Located at Las Lomas Village, the new Gran Salón Panorama is an airy, spacious conference room with natural daylight, an adjacent Banquet Lobby and ample terrace with superb views.
Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is an elegant, 400-square-metre function space with a classical air, which lends a very special ambience to every conference, course, banquet or reception.It features built-in audio-visual equipment with flexible connection points, which can be adapted to meet presentation requirements of every kind.
The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 guests theatre style and is divisible into four totally independent, soundproofed conference rooms with capacities for 60 to 175 people theatre style and from 60 to 150 guests banquet style.
Each of the four sections of the Grand Ballroom - Los Olivos, Los Almendros, Los Naranjos and Los Manzanos - benefits from its own individual access, guaranteeing privacy for your group. Each room also has its own audio-visual equipment, and the largest of the four rooms, Los Olivos, can accommodate up to 175 people theatre style, while the other rooms can easily seat 60.
Grand Ballroom Panorama (Las Lomas Village)

Small Meeting Rooms
For smaller meetings of up to 16 people, a working lunch or a private dinner, you can choose one of our four intimate meeting rooms - Las Gardenias, Las Acacias, Los Iris and Los Lirios - where the distinguished and tranquil ambience fosters concentration and creativity. These include La Cala, our secluded Mediterranean cove, which is perfect for a beach BBQ or themed beach party, and the poolside terraces at the hotel or Las Lomas Village, which lend an air of elegant sophistication to lunch or dinner al fresco.
